Equipped with 4-5 overlapping chambers, they are the ideal ovens for emulating the excellence of stone oven cooking of yesteryear with a contemporary twist. Due to the materials used, they ensure high strength, reliability and durability. They also ensure low operating costs due to low consumption. They operate with gas, diesel and solid fuels, such as wood, coal and the like.

Placed inside each chamber, they ensure prompt and prolonged steaming of the products to be baked, gently enveloping them, as the steam is at the same temperature as the chamber.
Combustion is provided by an atmospheric or blown-air burner in a refractory furnace with a thermal stainless steel flue gas ring completely lined with refractory slabs.
Upon request, the oven can be equipped with an electric chamber, useful for baking pastries or pizza while baking bread, and/or anything else that requires different temperatures from the rest of the oven.
